14 minute clock: -Run 200 meters at the start of the clock and minutes 2, 4, and 6. -Complete max burpees after 1st and 2nd 200 meter run. -Complete max KBS (35/53#) after 2nd and 4th 200 meter run.  -Run 400 meters at minute 8 and complete AMRAP of 5 burpees and 10 KBS with remaining time * Score total reps completed
